The Foundation
Build the base. Learn the moves. Prove it works.
The Foundation is where I put clients who have never lifted a real weight before, or who have tried five programs and never made it past week three. Eight weeks is long enough to actually change your body, short enough that you can commit without needing a life renovation to fit it in.
You'll train two to three times a week, 30–45 minutes per session. We'll spend the first two weeks teaching your body to hinge, squat, press, row, and carry — the five movement patterns that will still matter to you when you're seventy. From week three we progressively load. By week eight, you're pressing dumbbells you would have laughed at on day one.
Nutrition is not a punishing plan. It's four rules and a plate template that fits your actual life. You'll learn how to hit protein, why the diet culture voice in your head is wrong about carbs, and how to eat enough to actually recover from the training you're doing.
Weekly check-ins by voice memo or Zoom, unlimited messaging in the app, and a real human — me — reading every one of your responses.
