Three doors in. Same coach behind each one.

No prices posted. Cost depends on program length, in-person vs. online, and whether we're stacking nutrition. Reach out and we'll walk through what fits.

018-Week Starter

The Foundation

Build the base. Learn the moves. Prove it works.

The Foundation is where I put clients who have never lifted a real weight before, or who have tried five programs and never made it past week three. Eight weeks is long enough to actually change your body, short enough that you can commit without needing a life renovation to fit it in.

You'll train two to three times a week, 30–45 minutes per session. We'll spend the first two weeks teaching your body to hinge, squat, press, row, and carry — the five movement patterns that will still matter to you when you're seventy. From week three we progressively load. By week eight, you're pressing dumbbells you would have laughed at on day one.

Nutrition is not a punishing plan. It's four rules and a plate template that fits your actual life. You'll learn how to hit protein, why the diet culture voice in your head is wrong about carbs, and how to eat enough to actually recover from the training you're doing.

Weekly check-ins by voice memo or Zoom, unlimited messaging in the app, and a real human — me — reading every one of your responses.

023-Month Transformation

The Build

The body most clients say they came here for.

Three months is my favorite window. It's long enough to change the shape of your arms, back and legs. It's long enough to see your bloodwork start to move. It's long enough to break the “I always quit around week six” pattern for good.

The Build is a fully periodized training block — hypertrophy, strength, and conditioning phases stacked so your body is progressing on purpose, not by accident. Three to four training sessions a week, ranging from 40 to 55 minutes. Every session is written specifically for you and updated every seven days based on your check-ins.

Nutrition scales with the training. We increase calories, target protein, and cycle carbs around workouts when it matters. Nobody living out of a deficit. Nobody bonking at rep six. If you want to lose fat, we do it slowly and structurally — the kind of loss you don't gain back.

The Build is where the “I don't recognize myself in the mirror in a good way” message shows up in my inbox. Usually week ten.

03Ongoing 1:1

Inner Circle

For clients who are done starting over.

Inner Circle is the room where clients graduate to after The Build. Ongoing coaching, month to month, no end date. Because once you've earned the body, the harder work is keeping it — through birthdays, holidays, work travel, injuries, grief, and the ordinary chaos of adult life.

You get an ongoing periodized program, live coaching calls twice a month, priority messaging, and quarterly deep-dive strategy sessions where we look at the last 90 days honestly and decide the next 90.

This is not a maintenance plan. Inner Circle clients are still adding weight to the bar three years in. Still setting personal records at 58. Still surprising their doctors. That's the point.

04Standalone Add-On

Nutrition Planning

Real food. Real portions. No white-knuckling.

Sometimes you already have training handled and you need a coach for the plate. Sometimes you need to stop guessing about calories and macros for six weeks so you can see what actually works for your body. This is that container.

We build a plan around the food you already like, the schedule you already keep, and the outcomes you actually care about. No 1,200-calorie prescriptions. No meal plans printed in Comic Sans. Just a system you can run yourself once we're done.

05By Request

Adaptive & In-Person

Programs for bodies the industry usually forgets.

Individuals with disabilities, adults recovering from surgery, older lifters, and clients returning to training after long time off. I coach with the assumption that your body is the standard, not the exception. Intake includes a full movement screen and any relevant provider coordination.

In-person sessions available in Southern Maryland. Everything else — programming, nutrition, and check-ins — runs the same as the online offerings.

Not sure which door? That's what the intro call is for.
